Contract signing
Upon evaluating your non-binding inquiry, you will receive a confirmation from us following a phone or written consultation. You will need to fill out a confirmation form and return it to us via E-mail, fax or mail.
By depositing funds into our account, you declare your consent with the terms and conditions of our general contract.
Cancellations :
All previously paid services may be cancelled up to one full week prior to date of service rendition.
Your cancellation must be made in writing and must contain a reasonable explanation. All cancellations must be sent to the following address :

Upon the receipt of your cancellation request, we are obliged to refund your payment unless the terms of hire required us to cover special advance expenses. Such expenses are not eligible for a refund. Special advanced payments as part of the hire agreement and undertaken by the customer himself/herself will not be refunded by Active4you Agency. |
